#2-One of the most complex projects that I have been involved in what is a project that included about 100 people in order to get it done. The work order breakdown structure was to rehab. We were to complete 50 units in 30 days. The task is that we remove all the countertops all of the hardware for the entire apartment Like changing door knobs ,light fixtures, towel bars , tubs resurfacing. The one critical path that I face was the continuous delays by the contractor on site . The closer the project got to completion the more issues we faced. One example is when the unit that we were completing sprung a leak And caved in in the middle of the contractor rehabbing the unit. The project manager is the one on site with a level head and make sure that the project goes on without delay. The Project manager was able to call out a plumber on site who came out the same day to do repairs, the project continued without any issues.

#3 I would have to say the most complex project i ever had was in undergrad and had to complete a senior project in order to graduate. The project had to consist of putting together a presentation that shows what you have learned how to do with the skills you were taught in your concentration. I studied Mass Communications with a concentration in Digital Media. The project had to either be a radio show, a short movie, or a documentary. I chose to do a documentary. because i love Music and i Sing; I wanted to center my documentary on how Music affects the mind, the emotions, and spirituality. So not only did i utilize all of the tools and knowledge i learned throughout the years, i put together an entire educational and entertaining documentary that ave insight on things many may not think about. We had to show different types of scenes, zooming in and out, fades, and so many different things. We had to elaborate through a plethora of images and shots to capture those perfect moments for the topic in which we chose to discuss. I not only had to capture different shots, but also add in imagery, music, transitions, edit, produce, and direct the entire project. It was safe to say that I made an A on the project and during the presentations, it allowed me to educate my fellow classmates on How much impacts the mind, emotions, and spirituality.
