Students will write a 2-page paper (~500 words) that summarizes and analyzes an article from a peer-reviewed journal and where the topic is related to the course outcomes and module topics. The purpose of this paper is to introduce you to the process of reading and evaluating existing research that will help you to formulate public policy. The individual paper is worth up to 200 points toward the final grade. In-text source citations, as well as your reference list, should both be in alignment with APA 6th edition citation form and style (See Purdue University’s Online Writing Lab (Links to an external site.) for more information).
