You have been tasked to help resolve some serious networking issues with a nonprofit organization. Their network administrator has been with the organization for the last 17 years. During the initial briefing, the network administrator spent most of the meeting reading you his resume, would not provide you with any network documentation, and insists that you consult with him before you speak with management about any changes to his network.
You need to put the network administrator at ease and convince him you are not here to replace him or get him fired; rather, you are only here to consult. Explain your plan of action of how you intend to work with the current administrator and fix the network issues he has helped to create over the last 17 years.
Your journal entry must be at least 200 words in length.
